Doing multiplayer in World for the first time makes you feel like you're pulling out teeth
Base World I'd say makes for a great follow up after Rise and then finally Iceborne, if you both run out of things to do in both Rise and Base World.
Iceborne is, Pretty Hard let's just put it that way, it's awesome, but it's quite hard, so in a order of introduction I would say to save it for last.
Based on that statement of yours: go Monster Hunter: World - that is from someone who loves Monster Hunter Rise more than Monster Hunter: World.
Main argument is you are tight on money. You clearly get easily more content from a good deal out of MHW, while MHR is ~ really , really awesome.
General advice: ask yourself if you can afford Monster Hunter Rise twice. If you cannot afford it twice, it is most likely you should not try to afford it at all.
And I like the addition of mounts and objectives appearing on the map in rise so you can just quickly get to the action.
I personally prefer rise, but you'd probably get more bang for your buck if you got world: iceborne.
If you prefer acadey like and fast paced instant action with minimum story and cutscenes? Go Rise
You want immersion, graphics, cut scenes and stories and big maps with searching for tracks of monsters? Go World but take Iceborne as well.
You really cannot go wrong with either and should you become a serious dig monster hunter, you probably will get a copy of the one you did not initially purchase anyway.
I actually enjoyed the deco grind. Yes, it does take very long to get the ones you need but i just love the grind. When its so rare and you get it it feels good. But i can definitely understand its not for everyone.
