I'm not 100% familiar with all the melody sets yet, but the Attack Melody gives you Attack Up, Affinity Up and Elemental Attack Up, if that's what you're looking for.
Gotta upgrade your weapon by ramping it up, like augments in Iceborne. Note that some Rampage weapons get different Ramp Up skills based on their current rarity, and you might lose access to some potentially better Ramp Up skills if you wait until the final Rarity to apply your Ramp-Up skills. Not sure if this applies to the melodies though.
Seems like there are multiple melodies, now that I've looked. Ramp-Up skills I can place on an R7 Agitato, I have Attack Melody I which gives Attack Up, Affinity Up and Elemental Attack Up, but I can replace it with Attack Melody II, which is Attack and Affinity Up, Tremors Negated and Sonic Wave.
So yeah it sounds like you want to Ramp-Up your Agitato with "Attack Melody II" if you want those specific melodies. Personally I think Attack Melody I is more useful, though.
Team Darkside has a good video on a build using it. While it is a tad out of date (predates Valstrax being introduced) it is still a solid build.
