I know. The dresses aren't cool or appealing though, they mostly just look derpy. There's a few good ones in there like the shrine maiden sets, but the rest don't look very good. I don't care about the realism at all.
Well yeah, but like, almost none of it looks good.
Wearing dresses into battle is completely immersion breaking. Next they'll wear high heels into combat too! Who the hell writes this stuff, thinking people would wear high heels into any type of combat?
Who would believe something so crazy? Next you'll tell me that Persian Mounted Archers were the first to wear heeled footwear so they could stay in the stirrups of their horses better while standing to fire! Better yet, you'll say that the absolute PARAGONS of masculinity, AMERICAN COWBOYS (yeehaw) have heels in their FREEDOM LOVING Cowboy Boots for the same reason!
Now if you'll excuse me i'm going to go back to playing a real game where I swing a 300lb melee weapon and not some fantastical and unrealistic garbage where their gear is completely unsuited for, and would indeed make combat impossible.
Males just have big armor.
