So weeb food it is.
There is a trope where some folk in Japan freak out over the overly sweet taste of American candy, and that is because the treats they normally eat like mochi or dango tend to have more toned down tastes in that department. Americans tend to consume much sweeter food than Japanese folks, or even most of the world, so its probably not as unhealthy as youd think...
Although to be fair, Id much rather eat a Wyvernburger or some Dragon Salad than eat dango all day. Gimme the Street Cook anyday.
The World Fanboys in this forum are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane, do you know that world has it's own forum oooor...?
world was the previous game bfore rise. And the food looked better. Rise being a succesor degraded the quality of the food. Both game are part of the monster hunter franchise. World being released right before rise makes it a valid point of comparison. Stop being toxic everytime someone says anything about world. World is a gorgeous looking monster hunter game.
What the actual @#$%.
Besides that the game made a joke about itself so many times but the dangos. Those crossed a line!
Because they're dum cats.
The dango stuff is weird. They don't really look like food and once you research what dango is, it's basically just pancakes or candy?
You don't get shredded as ♥♥♥♥ like the hunters are eating pancakes all day.
Wish it'd be something with protein, something with meat, cheese or fish in it.
You know, cause it's made by cats.
This is wrong, both World and Rise are spinoffs of the main Monster Hunter saga, the ones with actual numbers in them. Every spinoff has a theme and should not be compared with one another becvause they have nothing to do with each other.
Although I agree that some effort could have been made to make a weeb superfood platter, like sushi out the ass, a whole wagyu meat mountain and some tempura veggies to top it off.
It's weird seeing all those fishermen in Kamura and not eating a single fish.
Hopefully sunbreak bring some european-oriented food to the table.
Also, lol. This game only has gameplay going for it. Well as a game should have gameplay be first and foremost, everything else is secondary.
