What are the Rewards for the Arena Quest ?

Yes. A headgear which let you have an extra carve.

Arena quests reward you with various Hunter Coins that can be used to craft some armor pieces. Unless you're a bow user, you can mostly ignore the rewards.

As stated, once gives a single extra carve on large monsters. Pretty sure it applies to Elder Dragons too so that's really the only reason you'd use it, because if you're looking at farming monster parts for melding you're better off bringing Capture Master and capping the monster. Then again it's faster to just join the Teostra quest, and Wyvern Ride a Rajang to get 6-9 free parts then abandoning quest to repeat.

Anyways on topic again, there is a single gear piece, I believe headgear for Bow users that increases their maximum charge level by 1, so on most bow builds it is the Best in Slot item. Other than that, ignore the Arena quests unless you want the Achievement, which I feel like less than 5% of players will care to go for the achieve so it's actually worth it in that regard.
