Can't unlock 2nd switch skill in MH:Rise

hi,
i have crafted 10 unique (different name, look) weapons of one type from rarity 7 down to rarity 4, wasted all my ressources but the 2nd switch skill is still locked. Finished the mp/sp stories and iam hunter rank 65 right now. Unlocked the 1st and 3rd skill without any problems. Iam lost, please help!!

The number next to the switch skill is different for different weapons. You either haven't done the quest OR you didn't talk to utsuhi after crafting the weapons.

Did you complete the specific HR quest that unlocks the skill for that weapon? Each weapon has one skill that must be unlocked this way.

One is from Utsushi
Another is from the quest
The last one is from the 8 weapons

finish specific rank6 hub quest for your weapon. then restart your game.
those quests unlocked by talking mastautushi btw.

just crafted 8 unique weapon on a single category... 8 unique longsword rank 6, had problems but just got my last skill slot just now, im not sure with the rank 6 but just wanna be sure LOL...

then complete the HR quest

the first skill slot is basically free on village quest

somehow its unlocked now. Yeah i have finished all weapon quests before. Dont know, maybe restarting the game did the trick.

it does, i did finish longsword specific quest but i was pissed when it didnt unlock. then magically appeared after a restart. a small bug there it seems.
