Arguably the closest you get is the hp regen song on the Magnamalo HH. There is no strict “do damage to gain health” though

No lifesteal, but there's a very specific way of regenerating HP during combat but it's inconsistent and uncontrollable.

its not lifesteal iknow, but i get one or two of those cage helper AoE healers before starting battle, forgot its name, and my cat also drops AoE healing sprout/tree which you can use multiple times. with help of normal pots not having any problems. bango defender HI also helps a lot when it procs.

tho i practicing dodging better and better, i think not taking damage is the best way to go. economically and also dishing out dps wise.

no that bad, i use lance mainly for endgame stuff like apex or valstrax cause you can do them so safely with lance and even there its not that bad, just use a wire bug and use a potion.

I think there was something similar in world, which was the Safi full set. Whe you get the required pieces you woulf get Dragovein Awakening, which makes you regenerate you to full health if you hit a target certain times required. That armor is so good.

I mean, 4u had health aug as well, its not specific to world. Though its not nearly as overpowered in 4u.
