Effective way to get HP to 200?

You're talking about the things on the map itself, right? Is that the only other way?

equip a different petalace, collecting the buff birds at the start/during each quest is how you do it now.

99.9% of builds and setups people used in world (and previous games) people ran health up 3, or an armor set like fatalis that boosted it. they wanted to take that out of the equation this time.

People did not use health boost 3 in games before world because it didn't stack with the food skills or max pots. The max hp simply was 150 so health boost was worthless unless you just wanted to save max potions but nobody ever took it.
