Yes, every time there is an update, expect the mods to stop working.

probably have to wait, i heard the new update changes the game more than you'd expect under the hood

They stopped working for me too but what worked for me was doing fluffy manager's "uninstall all" option, then re-verifying game and installing all my mods again one by one.

So... business as usual. That seems anticlimatic.

I swear, it's like people have never dealt with games that get updated before.

Gotta think, some of these people are kids/their first fore in modding and they don't understand it. It's all good if they're learning about it.

I personally had to uninstall the mods, verify file integrity, uninstall and reinstall the game, then reinstall the mods.

You think someone uses something they do not understand? That seems reckless. Especially for kids.

True, as kids did we not do stupid stuff at first? Not that I'm trying to advocate bringing their mod issues to this page, the most you can tell them is hit up the mod devs and check for solutions as the main discussion will not help much.

and you seem like a smart person as I always see you on this board. So you KNOW there are not a lot of people who understand the devices they own.

Must be a culture thing. From what I know kids do take distance from what they do not understand due to the dangers. That is why kids over here are not allowed to use the internet without their guardian's permission.

Yeah, it was pretty reckless back in the day. As it stands with OP, check with the dev who made those mods and see what they say. You won't get much help on these board for mods.
I dont usually mod games so this is new to me and im sure new to others who aren't familiar with the way mods work or affect updates.
Im 25, and installing the mods has never been an issue all the years ive modded but its a newer game still receiving updates and that is the area ive never experienced.

The only mods I run are the ones for smoother face textures. I haven't seen them not work yet. Are you running your mods through the mod installer or just drag and drop via .pak?
