There's one final village quest you have to do before it's completely "done." It's an arena quest against 3 monsters and will reward you with an eyepatch with a whopping 4 crit eye on it, but no deco slots. You'll have to come back later for that one, but once you complete it you're golden.

but during the mission there was no pop out questing asking me to do it :(

It's unrelated to the actual arena quests, just start doing the Hub HR quests and after fighting either Narwa or Ibushi for the first time the quest will pop up with Hinoa for you to do. Like I said, don't worry about it for now, it'll be open to you later.
