Why no option to be Wyverian ?

From old title of MHFU to Rise there are hints of wyverian acting as hunter , yet for many years we can only create normal human .
If you don't look at theirs feet , certainly they looks just like normal hunter , even Hinoa and Minoto in the rampage quest looks a lot like normal hunter without any complexity in character model bone structure .

Well lore wise, they are pacifist even though there are wyverian hunters usually they only defend or help survey areas for example hinoa and minoto we only see them defend the fortress (rampage) nad seeker from mhw is a tracker. Additionally the population are way less than the humans.

The real reason in my opinion, yea its true that they look like any hunter but i think that capcom just dont want to waste more development time in making another different set of armor for wyverians since they have different feet, hands, and pointy ears (most helmet need to redesign to fit their ears), not only that male and female armors have different designs so in total they need to make 4 sets of armor.

Because if we could play as Wyverians we would be too busy taking care of eggs instead of fighting huge monsters.

In the case of the twins though there's a bit of a dumber/more comedic reason. Based on a conversation you can have with Hinoa, she and Minoto did actually apply to be hunters and as seen in Rampages, they're really strong.

Problem was, Hinoa gets hungry way too fast and she burns through the supplies quickly. As for Minoto, she's apparently a shut-in and can't stray too far away from Hinoa.

i mean, the only physical thing you'd really notice beneath all that armour is the digitigrade feet, and even then some wyverians' aren't so obvious anyway
but other than that, they are very long-lived right? And it's not like your player dies of old age so... technically you are already a wyverian. A secret wyverian

Not entirely too sure, I basically just made it a habit to talk to them after every hunt. This was during my early HRs, like 2-3-ish

That is not even remotely true. Wyvernians usually are scholars or Guild leaders because they live so long. Plenty of Wyvernians are active or were active hunters, smiths, etc, such as the Seeker from World, Maximeld's ancestors (4th Gen), and many Wyvernian Blacksmiths. Hojo was a hunter, and His Immenseness is famous for having sumo wrestled a Lao Shen Lung.
Humans usually are hunters because of the extremely high dangers of being a hunter, and humans having much shorter lifespans than Wyvernians. Wyvernians, due to their age, can see out massive research projects for a few hundred years, which can help with finding new information from the Ancient civilization, or observe monster behaviors.

I am surprised we don't hunt Wyverians seeing as they are monster as well. Those ladies were literally being vessels for monster communication in this case, next time they are going to burn down the village.
