Who here would buy a port of MHGU?

For those who only jumped on when World released, MHGU is basically every classic game in one. 6 different weapon styles each weapon, Hunter Arts are like Silkbind attacks except they charge by attacking the enemy so you cannot spam them. Every classic map and monster.

I have 200 hrs on the Switch but I would buy it again on PC. Now that classic MH has been replaced with the new, faster paced style I'm wondering who would buy the last classic game.

I'd gladly buy the entire series again on the PC.

I personally wouldn't mind a Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate or even 4Ultimate ported on the PC, though unless they add a bunch of new things, I wouldn't pay more than $20 bucks for it.

Though I doubt we will ever see a port of either.

MH is my favorite game series of all time and holds a special place in my heart.

I think those are the original release dates & not the date they added it on Steam.

Oh, apparently it was february 2020 that they added it. It's weird for Steam to have release dates like that.

True. Still, a simple graphics upgrade isn't too much too ask. I might be underestimating Capcom's ability to ruin a classic, though.

I would say no. Even though I loved that game and put countless hours on it, I accomplished everything I wanted to. I do not want to farm coal again for months and months, I got my charm, can't imagine doing that again.

Instead, I would like them to make these new Monster Hunter games in the same fashion, much like Rise is turning out to be. Lets keep moving forward and just getting better and better.

Totally fair. At least Capcom has been honest about their inability to port to PC in house, all has to be contracted 3rd party.
