Could be some sort of a Vaal'Hazak. I think I see a second mouth/jaw.

could be but it is more big than normal size Vaal also there is another bone in front of it

It has been speculated for a while that it is Ibushi or Nalha, due to the jaw inside the jaw and the very long an snake like tail around the wall

Huh... yeah, now that you mention it. Would also make sense lorewise, considering their recurring appearances according to the notes you can find at the relicts.

Either too big or too small resembling others, way too big for Vaal, but does share some similarities to it, not many monsters with that snake-like jaw.

the relic records for the Lava Caverns imply it's a dead narwa or ibushi and would explain why the two that we duke it out with in the story are looking for each other despite historically being paired up
