Salvo deco gem

I know nothing off the bowguns in this game trying to learn, the salvo gem says it improves light bowgun rapid fire but I don't really understand exactly what that means and wiki says nothing, can anyone explain this for me please?

some guns like the narga one for example have rapid fire (you see a green icon with upward arrows in the munition list), that munition type gets more damage, but its hard to fit in being 3* slot.

It increase rapid fire damage by +5%, +10%, +20% for each level. You can view this under skill info.

I didn't realize it was dependent on each of them individually but I checked the skill info and I'm assuming that means the double up arrows are rapid fire none of them are green though just red, but I guess that means any ammo with the up arrows gets bonus dmg then?

yeah, the narcacuga bow gun for example has rapid fire pierce 2, those shot get the damage boost. you only use those shots anyway so its nice if you can fit it in.

if you want to get into light bowgun this is an amazing weapon, still my go to for chill multiplayer. you dont need to worry about anything, you just destroy from a safe distance.
