Extend is the master race anyways. Why would you want the same thing on two monitors?
Thats besides the point. Why SHOULD I change Win Settings for ONE single game, just to be able to play it, if the Developer could just fix the issue?
They expect 60 bucks, I expect a functioning game. A band aid Fix is fine for the demo right now, but nothing more.
That really sounds like a "you" problem tbh. Why would you switch randomly between a smaller screen and a larger one if both are right there?
Likely a development oversight, honestly.
Never expect intelligence online.
I'm a wildlife worker and I've had people smugly try to tell me "lol I bet you didn't know TEETH can be used to GRAB THINGS
How else do you think animals with no hands interact with stuff? Seriously. Its like a first grader trying to act tough in front of an adult.
As for the topic, I personally use extended screens. I do art and a bit of programming, and both use cases are made easier with two screens showing different things. But that's just my reason for having my setup the way I do; I have one friend who uses his screen the exact same way Schnubbi does, and another friend who plays fighting games and tries to emulate Japanese arcades with his setup (opposite facing screens both showing the same local match), and duplicate is really the only way for their use.
I understand (and generally agree with) the idea that extended screen is better for most. But that isn't an excuse for how the game doesn't function the way it should in duplicate mode. It's actually easier for the system to output in duplicate mode, since it isn't actually rendering extra space but is instead rendering only once and simply outputting twice.
