Okay, new question.
So......This particular card is now only found USED. (I assuming because of it being a old card and the chip shortage.)
And it's going for $350 mininum!!!
I saw this card on Amazon and I was wondering is this one any good and will it work for my computer?

You may not know this, but never recommend userbenchmarks to people. People have proven time and time again that the site is run with people with extreme biases towards manufacturers like Intel and Nvidia. It's not a credible source at all for any benchmarks. A fair warning: stay the hell away from it.
Agree with DaBa, Userbenchmarks is an unreliable source for checking performance of cards due to it having biases. I can recommend Anandtech, Guru3D or other Youtube channels such as GamerNexus for comparing performance of graphics card. Actually, instead of buying a new or used graphics card at the moment, it would be better to have a new motherboard and CPU combo with great integrated graphics to tide yourself through the chip shortage if you do not mind. Intel's 12 gen is coming soon and it will be great to wait for benchmarks to come in. If you really cannot wait, I can recommend getting a second hand 900 series graphics card such as 960, 970 as going higher than that will mostly result in mediocre performance for the GPU due to CPU bottleneck. If you are willing to buy a brand new graphics card at inflated prices, you might as well buy a CPU + motherboard combo that can last you for a longer time and you can feel happier about your build without worrying to upgrade constantly all the time XD. You can message me privately if you need any help in deciding your PC upgrade, after all, it is your decision :D
Edit: Before people start throwing insults. I am aware that userbenchmarks is sometimes not accurate. Especially when it comes to new hardware. That is an inherent problem with user generated benchmark data. However I have not seen any evidence that this is done on purpose to gain favor of intel or nvidia. If you want more accurate benchmarking data you have to go somewhere else and you have to spend a lot more time comparing the hardware. I have yet to find a site where you can compare two GPUs or CPUs as easily. AnandTech comes close but giving a total noob 50+ bars of benchmark data will only confuse them even more.
I just really want to play Monster Hunter Rise on PC. Nothing more at the moment.
Even Micro Center (where I bought my PC from) told me it will be at least +$1500 to get a upgrade to a new PC, which I won't have the money for until maybe September of next year, if that.
If everyone is telling me just get a new PC, then I'll just skip Rise because by the time I save up to buy a new PC, a new Monster Hunter will be out.
If you are buying a brand new pre-built PC from Micro Center then yeah, it will cost you A LOT. But, nothing is stopping you from buying incremental upgrades and applying them to your current setup.
For example, a good CPU + new motherboard that you'll need to use the processor will run you around 500$, you can go even lower but I'd advise to not buy budget or older hardware that will become obsolete fast. An example pair here would be a Ryzen 5 5600x + a motherboard around 150$.
That alone would help you a lot already. Sure, you will still be bottlenecked with lots of games due to the GPU and maybe the slower memory, but that doesn't mean you need to buy a whole new computer immediately. Just spending 500$ for a new CPU and Mobo will help you, might be just the push you need to be able to run Rise well enough on the PC.
Then, once you have the money you can, for example, buy new, faster RAM. It's not very expensive, you can get 2 sticks of 8GB 3200HZ DDR4 for under 80$, which you can upgrade later with another 2 8GB sticks if you want. Or you can immediately go for 2x16GB for around 150$. There you go, another small and incremental upgrade.
The GPU will be the most expensive part. Unfortunately, in the current market it's impossible to buy one for a normal price. A decent, mid range card like a RTX 3060 will run you around 600$, but I've seen ones that cost as low as 500$. I have no idea how much Rise is bottlenecked by your GPU at this stage, but my intuition tells me you should prioritize a CPU + RAM upgrade in this case. Leave GPU for last, especially with how messed up the prices still are atm.
Also, dunno what your current power supply is and if it would be enough to run the new parts, but if you want to be safe and not use a 9 year old PSU (should still be fine if it's a good PSU), a decent new one will set you back around another 100$. I would recomend not to cheap out on a PSU, it's one of those parts that you never want anything wrong to happen with.
So, even if you were to buy all that at the same time, that's 1250$. And that's a conservative estimate, I bet you can push this to 1100$ if you look for good deals and pick your parts smartly. And that's already almost an entire new PC we're looking at! 1500$ for just an UPGRADE? I don't know what they're putting in there but it sounds like they're ripping you off. Look at how much cheaper it is if you do it yourself, or have somebody who knows at least a little bit about it help you.
So, conclusion: you don't have to drop all the money immediately, upgrade your PC one step at a time. It's more affordable that way.
Just do yourself a favor and go to a forum that specializes in computer hardware like https://linustechtips.com/ and tell them your budget and goal(playing monster hunter rise). They will give you infinitely better advice than these sunday techie wannabees.
[EDIT] you can also sell your GTX 760, CPU, mobo and RAM together and just get a new mobo + CPU with integrated graphics and ram :D
