-Issue-
The game micro-stutters, like the frames are loaded in pair of two, it "jumps" between frames. I tried every combination of frame cap/v-sync/windowed-fullscreen and no solution was found.
I think the problem is caused by vsync/or frames in general.
-FIXED-
I tried to unplug my second monitor and seems to work fine for me.

I crash at launch, with no error message when the first image of the game (miss longsword and the big monster) appear. here what i did in order :
- Updating Graphic Card drivers
- Updating every drivers
- Verify DirectX version
- Run MHRise Demo as administrator
- Put MHRise Demo folder as an exception in Bitdefender
- Restart the PC
- Change settings in NVIDIA settings
- Restart the PC
None of these made my game launch.

GTX 680, same problem
The minimum requirement for this game
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 1030 (DDR4) or AMD Radeon™ RX 550
But the GTX 660 is stronger than the GT 1030... what changes is the Directx version... it doesn't make any sense, they should put directx 11 in that game or vulkan.

My experience with playing Monster Hunter Rise DEMO is a small bunch of big bugs:
Low FPS: In the menu - 12-20, In the game - 8-15
Crashes: the game can safely crash in the main menu, constant crash when trying to enter the image settings.
Gameplay: In a game session, the camera starts to move forward and backward until the image of the character doubles on the screen.
I just have one question: did you even test the demo before release?
Tried but failed:
-Restart computer
-Verify files
-Delete config file
-Disabled antivirus software
-Added game folder + game exe to exclusion list of antivirus software
-Run as administrator
-Enabled windows 8 compatibility mode
-Disabled full screen optimisations
