Missables?

Is there a Guide for everything missable or stuff that you can only get in New game +?
I'm especially looking for a All Party Chats Guide. I missed one Party Chat in Chapter 1 and after finding out, I quit the game. Now, after all those months I want to return and get a Perfect game, but I can't find a Guide anywhere...

Pretty sure none of the party chats are missable, if you don't watch them right away, they can still be viewed later from the event menu.

The only real missable is the hard mode achievement, you have to play on hard from the beginning without ever changing difficulty.
