Are all side quests just generic kill and fetch?

I just finished up in the second city and so far every side quest is "kill 3x xxx", deliver xx.
THe last quest I did was delivering a lucnh, just to have to go back and get the water flask, then to get a fork.

Rewards are also not great. These seems like lowest effort MMO quests and I hate it.

Are there any side quests later on worth taking up, or should I just ignore them going forward?

There are at least two important ones, including one I had a lot of fun in doing.
Otherwise just do the quests while you're already out and about.

Card game quest. You got another job doing it. Most of the other side quests, yeah it's kinda fetch quest and boring.

Well Card Game one is required to beat the game. As is the other one for a job. There's of course a few 'defeat the boss' sidequests as well.
