Weight Effect on Turn Speed?

My Seth at 12/12 weight and 23 Speed acts slightly slower than Elvis at 11/11 weight and 17 Speed. It seems that weight plays a large role in affecting turn speeds.

My question is, how much exactly does weight affect it? Any formula out there? Also, this makes dual wielding clearly a bad idea. The tiny stat boost isn't worth slowing my characters down.

hmm dunno if this really matter later. speed u can get really easily later if you farm the lightning elementals. got around 40-50 speed items with just using one monster food :D - have around 900 speed on each character now xD. so it really doesnt matter if loose abit from weight.
