You don't even need that. 1 Oracle/Freelancer 1 Red Mage/Freelancer. You don't even need the other 2 characters to act.
Oracle casts Reflect on everyone and Triplaga on the party. It reflects all 4 casts of Triplaga which will be 3 instances of damage each. Mimic it with your remaining 2 brave turns. Then you Mimic it 4x with Brave on your red mage. The Red Mage will then double cast it on your party, resulting in a bombardment that is so absurd that the game doesn't even show you each instance of damage. This can be modified in different ways once you obtain enough reflect rings to cut that step out of your setup. The result is a 96 spell cast barrage from your Red Mage alone, that even if they all dealt 5k, in combination with your Oracles cast, would still exceed the amount of damage required to kill even the games Super Boss in those 2 turns. If you want to queue up overkill, set your other two characters up to mimic your red mage.
That setup doesn't require any stupid time sink of having to capture 99 of each creature and is over before you even finish your preparation on your Bard team.
Before you get to that point? You can one round Berserker boss after you get thief, and then one round every single boss afterwards with Berserker and Amped Strike.
