Settings keeps resetting

I been having this problem whenever I try to save the game it keeps resetting my settings which is like show job outfits and some other stuff it happens every time I try to save or when I change zone like when i go from world map to town, does anyone else have this problem? i should mention restarting the game and closing steam does not help

yeah same, i wonder everytime why they have there normal stuff...

yeah, it kepps the settings saved until you enter a fight or change zones, in act 1 i had it a few times but since act 2 every level change and even fights reset it for me

Did you hit the Apply button after changing the settings? You need to press the X button if you're using an xbox controller or Square button in playstation to apply the changes. Not sure the equivalent key in K&M

yeh annoys me too I hope they fix this issue I was looking around and alot of people seem to have this issue

Has anyone found a fix for this? Heck, I'll even take a mod that lets you set which costume you appear as if I have to. Or even if anyone knows where the setting files are stored locally and how to manually edit it. Anything at all, because its very annoying when you want to get to use the fancy colorful costumes and it keeps reverting back to the same drab freelancer.

So I found that certain background programs can interfere with the game. If you have an issue with the settings reverting, try shutting down background programs. Once I found the program interfering, I no longer had that problem.
