Octopath 1 (11 months), Bravely 2 (7 months), Triangle Strategy (7 months). Live a Live (9 months), (all four are Team Asano games) as well as Dragon Quest Treasures (7 months) and Dragon Quest Monsters 3 (9 months) were all Switch exclusive until they arrived on PC.
Suffice it to say odds are pretty good BD Remastered will show up here as well.
well have I got some news for you
They did not say that.
Well yes and no. They don't say it's Switch 2 forever but also don't say there's any sort of timed exclusivity (like they did with FFXVI and FFVII Rebirth), but they do only mention the Switch 2 in the trailer and official website. So at the least it'll launch only there. For how long remains to be seen.
This means they did not say it. Because they didn't. For example, the new FromSoft title for the S2 actually says "only for the Switch 2." Bravely Default did not say that. Different developer, but if it were a game that is to be used as a selling point for the console, they'd have stated ONLY for the Switch 2 somewhere. Square Enix has recently said that they believe in bringing their titles to more platforms, Bravely Default will be no exception, especially with II being on here already (which also only said Switch during the reveal).
