FPS capped at 30

I just purchased this game only to experience a capped 30FPS while playing. Interestingly enough, I noticed this fixes itself when launching the game in non-fullscreen mode... It runs smoothly. I can't play the game like this please help

Running the game in 1920x1080 resolution with a 144hz gaming monitor

Windows 11
RTX 2070 MaxQ
Intel I7 9th gen
16GB ram
500GB SSD

EDIT: After playing for awhile, I found that setting the fullscreen to off and then exiting and relaunching the game then pressing the windows key and maximizing the window plays the game at 60FPS... it kinda sucks that its not total full-screen because its windows mode maxed up, but it works...

The campaign is locked at 60fps and the multiplayer at 30fps. Appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, the team are reading all the comments.

This + Toy soldiers cold war was one of my most favorite games growing up....Will there be a fix for this soon?

EDIT: After playing for awhile, I found that setting the fullscreen to off and then exiting and relaunching the game then pressing the windows key and maximizing the window plays the game at 60FPS... it kinda sucks that its not total full-screen because its windows mode maxed up, but it works...
