Plans for up to 8-player?

I'm sure it's not one of the main priorities right now, but wanted to ask if an 8-player limit is one of the future goals in this game. It's otherwise confusing to see the 8 spots at each checkpoint, only to find out it's 4-player max.

The 1.3 beta includes a 6 player expansion, which should have a full release before christmas. I will look at increasing it to eight after that update.

Thank you for this! I just played with the bots and was having a blast lol. The new customization options for custom races are fantastic too!

Has anyone had issues with turning while using the Beta? All the friends that i play with on the Beta have had issues with the steering being very touchy.

I am loving this game with my friends and thank you. I know updating across platform is not easy and takes time but i was wondering if any news regarding 1.3 update.

My friends and I just tried it out. As expected, more chaos, more fun. Only downside, we noticed the steering seems to be way different? It seems almost like turning is very unresponsive/delayed. It's really tough to recover from being knocked to a side, and also seems to prevent turning after first initial big turn. Example, if you are on an S bend, we noticed first turn we can essentially drift and sharply turn the corner, but next bend, we all had to slow down to turn, as the car would just drive straight off the map as it refused to take the next turn. Not sure if this is intended or not.

The 1.3 versions are submitted to console right now. Passed on xbox and switch already. We are aiming for a full release in march.
