cant join friends

me and my friend of tried everything from switching our refresh rates ( like some people said would fix it) to verifying the files. nothing seems to work. would love to play this game with friends. one of my most favorite recent games

Sorry to hear you've been having issues. Have you toggled cross-platform play on/off - to see if that works for you?

Can you provide any additional info? What platforms you're both playing on? Your locations?

Please do post this in the bug reporting thread if you're still having issues (please ensure to include as much info as possible).

me and my friend is having the same issue, but you deleted my post for some reason?

I also cant join a normal quick match game, only a game with bots work.

we are both playing on steam and from denmark.

thanks for responding. i will try when my friend get on tonight. we are all in the US and everyone is playing on PC steam

Hi I have the same problem so decided to add my 5 cents. Tried connecting to my friend and vice versa, we can't seem to be able to join each other. We tried turning cross platform on and off without any results. Heck, I can't even join any online lobby at all. The game always shows Failed to connect blah blag blah. This is the only game I have problem with. Every other online game works without a problem.

I have the exact same problem as well. The toggling of cross-plattform doesn't fix it. Region: EU.
Would be great if the devs could pay attention to this problem, as it is imho making the game unplayable, as it derives it's fun from playing with others online.

Online Playing does not work at all trying play with friends all on pc all setting looked trough nothing works and it just cant find game not invite or Code, can it be fixed soon please, would love to play this

Could it be a port issue?

There is a guy in my group that cannot host, but can join others. He won't be able to host until he deals with his nat type / port issue.

in my group we are 3 people, none of us can host or join eachother. were all also unable to join any online battle in general, we can only do local battle with bots

Hello there!

I also have the same issue. I cannot join any games nor can friends join my game. I even tried to forward the port 4433, which seems to be used the game. However, this had no impact at all.
Platform: PC - Win 11

tried to play in a local game with 4 players. either we are connected with 2 players or cant connect at all. its disappointing to say the least. please fix the issue. All four are using PC-WIN11 region EU
