game crashes when match starts

So, my friend is having this problem that whenever he tries to start a match the game just crashes, he already tried updating drivers and verifying game files but nothing worked.
Any solutions?

I'm not sure as to why this would happen, but please, do get your friend to reach out to us here via email: community.manager @ secretmode.games

Please ask your friend to include PC specs and also the most recent crash/error log file for the game. If they have Steam installed on C: drive then they'll find it here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\dumps

I'll then pass that on to the QA team here for further investigation.

i have the same issue and sending a mail is not a option the email that you give is not working just fix ur game
