Cannot grab Clock/Tablet after meeting First

Hi team.

I have been trying to get past the area after meeting the first and we end up looking for the clock. The clock I managed to get once, but most of the time the interact option is missing.

And in that one time that I got to the tablet area, I couldn't grab it.

It means I am unable to continue.

Can this be fixed?

That happened to me once. I exited, closed the game, and started it again; the save point was right at the beginning of the encounter with the First (thankfully) and I was able to click the items the second time around. Annoying glitch, but trying it again fixed it.

Thank you! This fixed it. I kept going back to the main menu over and over but I just logged into the game and now it worked! :)

Thank you on ps5 close the game completely and reopen worked for me to grab the page
