Who is Etriss?
What is the relationship between Etriss and Jurani? Does Jurani sell combat bots to Etriss? Does Jurani also have a different branch that abducts low profile males to modify for war?

What is Etriss? Etriss Industrial Group are the manufactures of the ammo we found in game (and presumably also the weapons).
How do I know that? I pulled out all the picture asset from the game...
https://imgur.com/v9iPiaw
Also found the magazines but the resolution of the text are too low to read. Seems to only contain information regarding the weapon

P.S. What is the gender ratio at birth and birth rate in this universe? Without much of counting, There are no less than 50 sentinel drones and unmodified puppets in this facility alone. So they had to abduct at least that many and for them to fail the learning test to be converted into these. Sounds like a huge number for any community, How is this sustainable business?
P.P.S. Is the Haydee universe as dark as this? I mean [JM] and [Yuzhou] are quite imaginative when it comes down to their creations. (In case the url doesn't work, e-hentai 1762982/63b2c92568/)

Etriss (or EIG) is another corporation of this world. If you look closely, you can find that there is also a 3rd one, who produces medkits. Technically they are rivals, but their relationships are more complicated than just that. Sometimes they could be allies, sometimes they are neutral to each other. Complicated.

Gender ratio is close enough to the real world. And no, 50 failed items is not much. If you look on the assigned ids, then the last ones are somewhere around 540. They assign ids to any item put into the processing, so you can estimate a failure percentage and a total amount of women kidnapped. As I was saying in another topic, HD series dolls (mimicing Ellen Haydee) are very expensive. They are like surepcars. So yes, that's a sustainable business.

And the link doesn't work.

Financially it makes sense, that I get. But their “sources of material” is based on poaching humans. How is that sustainable? Looking at the assessment, they don’t only go for low-risk ones. (There is one medium? I think?) Also, you are right, my estimate is way off it should be at least 500+ kidnappings, albeit we don’t know if that’s over the course of a year or a decade nor do we know how large of a geographical area where the kidnapping happens. That number just seems really high for a normal functioning society. Unless people go missing is a common occurrence in that world, or like how it’s portrait in the manga kidnapping women isn’t a crime anymore.
P.S. I've been blessed by the DEV!
P.P.S. Is e-hentai blocked in your area?

No. This is just the fact that E-Hentai.org does not allow general users access to galleries containing some "dangerous" tags. For general users, It can only be available on ExHentai.org.
E-Hentai.org itself does not block access to specific regions.

P.s.
The artist, JM was arrested on December 23, 2020 by the Chinese police. R.I.P.

"forced labour in the sex industry affects 4.5 million people worldwide" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_trafficking
be warned, you might get really sick reading this...

Right, that's worldwide. So applying the same statistic. 500 slaves would need a local population of at least 866,000. To be fair, that's not a huge population. Indianapolis of US, Ottawa of Canada, Saratov of Russia would all fit the bill. Although, the general stats for missing person is roughly 5-10 per 100,000 per year in an urban setting (which exclude missing due to natural hazard such as snow storm or sand storm or lost in the forest). And that includes runaway, wandered off, and accidents also covers the entire age group and both gender. With the company's criteria, I'm guessing 1-2 girl per 200,000 should be a good estimate. to generate 500 slaves at a discreet rate of abduction would require this particular branch to run for 125 years... (I was using 1st world country as a base statistic, we can triple the rate for a third world country, 40 years) I'm probably reading too much into this.
All I was trying to frame was the society in Haydee has a dramatic different view regarding crime, especially those towards abducting young girls. Not saying there is anything wrong with the setting, It really brings the dark side of humanity to the forefront.
P.S. I was actually expecting the estimate to match closer to IRL stats, knowing how every human civilization is built on the back of slaves (including sex slaves). I was expecting the IRL number to be higher (But then again, 4.5 millions are the reported number, the actual number is probably higher... Okay, now this is becoming depressing...)

If kidnapping is the only option and clonning is not possible. They could at least attempt to build a breeding facility.

When you are talking about some "real world", what part of the world are you referring too? Because there are countries where this statistic is much different. Jurani operates on territories outside of their state jurisdiction, the ones with a poor local government control. I don't want to point fingers, but there are plenty of such territories in the real world. They could kidnap as much people as they like.

Also NSola 7 exists and operates around 4 years.

Breeding requires a faster growth. That technology is not available yet.

MSola 7is almost as evil as Nestle.

Also given every woman they look at lives in a dormitory if i remember correctly, I get more of a judge dredd megacity vibe. This would make stealing people easier, but given they are having an issue finding enough low risk girls maybe i'm wrong on that front.

Right, I completely forgot that you mentioned the political climate where Jurani operate at is incredibly corrupt/incompetent. Which renders all my estimate completely meaningless. Also according to Google, world highest kidnapping countries are New Zealand or Belgium... at 10 kidnaps per 100,000. Okay... WTF?! both of them are first world countries, and that number is insultingly low! But let's use our new data.
540 (I think the highest i saw was 534, but that's not a nice number to work with) in the span of 4 years, 135 kidnapping per year just for this facility, not accounting for the rivalling companies or any other causes of disappearances. So that's 137 young adult orphan/estranged unemployed/low level labour reclusive girls per year... Um... How does the outside world look like? I mean having 1 or 2 of the mentioned qualities isn't rare. But all of them? How are they feeding themselves? I doubt welfare is a thing, given how incompetent the local government is. They must also have lodging given one of the assessment requires little physical defect, so rent? Were most of them sex workers to start with?
♥♥♥♥... I'm nitpicking again... I'm sorry, I just very intrigued with the world building. Again having one or two of the qualities isn't uncommon even on our earth, but having all of them require some very specific conditions. (But then again, since deep web is a thing, who knows. Maybe Haydee already exists somewhere, but probably without the sentry bots part and had been in operation for much longer.)
antales  [developer] Jan 27, 2021 @ 12:30pm
It's not as much corrupr/incompetent. There was a war not far from "now". And these territories are in a very poor state. So you can imagine the climate. Also may I remind you, that it's a different world, that evolved very differently from ours :)
Blue Fox Jan 27, 2021 @ 1:11pm
Any glimpse on their technological level? I see that they are still using CRT monitors and old cable sockets, yet they are very advanced in mind manipulation and surgery.
antales  [developer] Jan 27, 2021 @ 1:42pm
That would be too much text :) Aether. It's a "magical" substance, that connects all the matter and controls all the processes in the world. A long time ago it was used by witches and sorcerers, but then they were replaced by the technology that uses this aether as an energy source. This world doesn't know electricity or gasoline. That's why the tech is different and could not be compared to ours.
Ekurius Jan 27, 2021 @ 1:50pm
tech wise, i feel it's common enough in fantasy games where only glimpses of our current tech is reflected in that world but with a spin. (I.E. All the simple machines are there, and combined in a recognizable way. But are powered by steam/crystal/life force/magic/aether/souls/elemental/spiritual forces.) It's the sociology part that aren't really portrait much beyond the typical western social norms. I guess you can say I'm having a cultural shock from an ero game. Although I do think it is a very interesting and different world view that I have yet had a chance to experience/explore.
Stonehead Jan 27, 2021 @ 3:02pm
So, these lores makes the Haydee series more than just an "ero" game.
Hm... I had something similar feel to Nier:Automata at Haydee 2. Although it can be said that the vibes of the two games is completely different.
