Locked myself off from the Jack

I've locked myself off from the Jack and now I don't appear to be able to proceed. Even circling around the other way to get back into security doesn't seem to let me in.

I have the screwdriver, knife, wireless button (but not anything else that goes with it), forceps, crowbar, hacksaw, wrench, 2 cut off hands, bomb disarming tool, lock tool for the orange boxes, and something that I think is the jack handle but am not entirely sure. It's orange and looks similar to the lock tool but I haven't found anything it goes on yet.

I have Teal, green, pink, blue, orange, and white keycards.

I have blue and green fuses.

I do not have night vision, gas mask, jack, wristband, etc.

Any ideas what I can do? I've just been running around aimlessly for quite a while now trying to figure out how I can proceed.

Look around in Engineering. You obviously didn't explored there enough (especially in Utility - where you can get Remote for wireless trigger and Jack lifter lever. Also Bolt cutter in Motorics).

The bolt cutters seem to require the blue wireless button I have but they seem to also require something else (a wristband to control it perhaps)? Because I tried using it to get the bolt cutters but it wouldn't work.

Is the remote for it in Engineering? I thought it was in Medical? If it's in Engineering it's hidden pretty well cause i've been all through here about a million times now. I think I have the Jack lift lever. I'm not 100% sure. If it's orange and looks kind of like the thing that opens orange boxes then I have it.

oh I think I just figured out something. The thing I thought was the jack handle is actually usable on green switches to make one gate go up and another go down. Now I gotta work my way around to the door I just opened somewhere.

Grab Button replacement in Projection, use it near gate to Medical Lobby. Go to Medical from there. When you entered Medical, go back to Engineering via Migration. Now gate to Utility is open so you can go there and get Remote and Jack lever.
