Except for the yellow door card and the unpowered button, the dark area has been explored.

I think the yellow card is in the second floor of medical.

Yellow key is in Research, Medical L2. You need to clear Gas from that area to open it.
If you have all three vials (Blue, Green and Red) use it at mixing machine in Laboratory in Medical L2. Then take the chemical to Ventilation in Technical.
