Is there a no clip hack / cheat?

Some areas are inaccessible due to collision bugs and that's truly frustrating, is there a no clip cheat / hack that I can use in those situations?

You should report collision bugs.
Also, are you using any mods? because from my experience collision bugs are veeery rare. And if it happens to you often, then there is something wrong with your game.
And I would like to know how those clippings are happening because it can be used for speedrunning (if it's legit and not some mod)

Yes I'm using mods, but even when I switch haydee outfit they happen, so I assumed it has nothing to do it with. I've noticed many collision bugs across the game, invisible walls / impassable areas.

Something is wrong with your game, because this game normally has no such problems. You are the first person in 3 years saying that it has many collision problems.

Wow you can't believe this ♥♥♥♥, I've found the problem. I've removed all mods and I found out the one that was causing problems, and it was this one:

Instead of replacing the creepers with cyborgs, it was just making them invisible, making me believe that there was invisible collision areas (I can't go through them indeed). Quite amazing actually, I'll just remove this bugged mod :p Good thing it's not the aesthetically pleasing ones.
