Bug: Game closes out after entering the component factory

I've tried to find a pattern, but I haven't been able to pin it down. Occasionally, while in sandbox mode, the game would close itself out when I clicked to enter the component factory. It's rather infrequent, so it is not too much of a pain, but it is something to be noted.
