Minimum CPU Requirement = Apple Silicon on macOS?

I am very interested in this game! I don't have Apple Silicon, but I have a very powerful x86-based machine (iMac Pro, having 18 cores 36 threads, with 128GB RAM). Has anyone tried this game on an Intel-based macOS machine? I would like to ensure it works before buying. Thanks!

I don't have the answer for you, but I can tell you you're more likely to get an actual answer (or at least faster) by asking on the discord (link in a pinned post on the forums).

That aside, there's always the option of buying and refunding if it doesn't work, or trying to run the windows build using Wine or something like Crossover if you're willing to put in some effort.

Thanks! I don't have Discord and I don't want to install it, so I ask here. I just want to know whether the game was compiled to fat binary (having both x86-64 instructions and arm64 instructions), or to just Apple Silicon binary (having only arm64 instructions). Thanks anyway!

I've played this on my M1 Mac. It was built with Godot, which makes it pretty easy to build for pretty much any platform. x86 mac should be fine.

I'd try it out and just refund within 2 hours of playtime if it doesn't for some reason. That's why steam has that policy. No questions asked you can refund within 2 weeks of ownership and 2 hours of playtime. If you exceed either of those, it's up to the discretion of support. Within those limits though, it is no questions asked.
