Display Options (Screen Resolution / Fullscreen vs. Windowed)
Please add display options to the in-game settings and figure out how to scale the window to the desired size regardless of the system-wide scaling settings. My only screen at the moment is 5120 x 1440 (32:9) and while I fully understand and expect that some games will not support this size well and that sometimes menus may look a bit odd, usually I can work around this by at least configuring game resolution independently.

I would also be totally okay with being able to resize a borderless window to fit in whatever (reasonably sized) space I choose. For example, I usually operate my screen as if it were divided into thirds by using software that allows me to "snap" windows into these different portions of the screen without any sort of divider or bezel between the windows. If I could do that with this game and it would at least sit neatly in the middle third then that would be perfectly fine but I cannot do that and I also cannot change the resolution of the game without affecting everything else on my computer. This seems completely ridiculous for a game that looks so cool and has such ambitious goals. I guess I'm disappointed by the lack of options here because I would have expected more from someone with such an interest in creating computers and running such complex simulations.

I'm also disappointed because the game doesn't take up my full screen when I'm on 125% scaling, on top of not giving me any control to fix it myself. It just takes up the middle two-thirds (ish) from left to right and the entire screen from top to bottom, doesn't allow me to resize it in any way, and also doesn't allow me to move the window around at all after the game has fully started. If I'm lucky and managed to grab the window before the game has started up then I can at least move it around to a different spot on my monitor but this still looks ridiculous and I can't believe there aren't any settings anywhere that I can change (even if it's in a file on the installation drive somewhere) to set this sizing manually.

To be honest UI is the least favorite part of working on the game. However I should probably add a resolution setting and a setting for scaling the lower bar. It will be after the next patch though
