Wire Spaghetti
I think I could do that level but the test conditions seem weird.

So the first instruction is [0, 7, 7, 0] so according to the text in the log this means add input and input and store the result in REG0

However if I start the test the first test conditions says something like REG3<=3??? and then jump.

yeah

Have you completed all of the instructions in the lower menu? (create new schematic and switch to it, put appropriate program component, etc)

Edit: If you have, the only thing I can think of is that the schematic that you have somehow got corrupted, so that you have to create a new schematic again

it says in the red line, that you didn't connect watched states properly

before those watched states were connected for you, allowing you to see register memory when editing programs, and allowing the game to track which memory slot is reg0, reg1... etc
Now you have to connect them yourself, to be able to do it in the future for any kind of custom arch you would want to create.
