How can I start from scratch

I'd like to start the game from scratch, since I've made a mess earlier and now that I have been several weeks away from the game I no longer have any idea how I did stuff earlier. I've tried removing my local save files and opening the game, but it just takes longer to load while it reloads my save data from some cloud.

You need to deactivate cloud sync and then remove the local game files.

If you just want to recomplete the levels, you can just create new schematics as well.

i think i am also going to need to start from scratch, some of this stuff seems pretty dense and i feel that being able to start blank to run through it again will help it stick.
