Edit: Never mind, I just did it without program memory and a couple of components.
While that's technically true, it requires modifying the hardware in a way that output is no longer usable in a program.
It's super easy to do with an instruction or two though.
HINT: Complete "Dancing Machine" first
Wrong level. That is the maze level, not the robot racing level. The achievement is for the later.
You can get that achievement if you implement things that are expected from you in the levels earlier in the tree
But i don't think you can take a base LEG like how you would build it for level Conditionals, and nothing else, to be able to get that ach
