Rogue, NetHack, Angband (and a couple variants thereof, ZAngband, and PernAngband -- ancestor of ToME, IIRC) back in the day.

Dipped my toes into Cogmind but haven't braved the learning curve much at all.
Mostly Caves of Qud now if I get the urge.

I was really into Angband back in the day, I almost literally broke my teeth trying to get into ADOM, nowadays I like Maj'Eyal, Caves of Qud and Cogmind. Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead is also brilliant, but I have no idea how to achieve anything in that game.

ADOM - Ancient Domains of Mystery (the original one) and Rogue. From more modern games: Tales of May'Eyal and Dungeons of Dreadmor.

Ragnarok was my first back in middle school - really fun game.
ADOM is my most played game I think - a true masterpiece
Caves of Qud also fantastic
Cogmind I enjoyed but never clicked for me, though it is an amazing game
ToME I tired but didn't enjoy the combat system for reason... it was 4 years ago so I guess I should give it another shot

Too damn many to count. lol

Rogue, Nethack, Omega, Angbang, Moria, Tales of Maj'Eyal, Cogmind, Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, Caves of Qud, Ancient Domains of Mystery, and countless others.

ADoM, CoQ, Cogmind, ToME are my top picks. Just so much fun.

I'm often trying out new stuff and interested in getting a feel for the variety across the genre so I've played many hundreds of roguelikes over the years, including lots of 7DRLs and others that are either pretty much unknown or don't get played for long.

On the longer side I've put the most time into Cogmind (probably not a huge surprise there :P) and DCSS. Other relatively big roguelikes I've spent a while playing and really enjoyed include The Ground Gives Way and Shadow of the Wyrm (an ADOM-like). Lots of other big ones that I'd love to sink time into, but there's only so much of that xD

Lots of them (Rogue too). I won in ADOM two times as a priest.
As for now - DCSS, Infra Arcana, Cataclysm DDA, Approaching Infinity,
rarely - Shattered Pixel Dungeon, Caves of Qud, The Curse of Yendor.
BTW half of these games are absolutely free and that's great.

Angband was first for me. ADOM, tried NetHack, but did not get into it. C:DDA, ToME, DF if it counts, POWDER played it on GBA emulator on a symbian phone, Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger VS Darkdeath Evilman, Dungeons of Dreadmor, Noxico but that ♥♥♥♥ was too furry for me, DoomRL, KeeperRL, DC:SS and some Mystery Dungeon games.
