save file missing?

played the game for about an hour a few weeks ago and decided to load it up to play again this evening and my entire save file is just gone. it keeps defaulting me to make a new hamster and go through the tutorial again. any help on getting my save file back?

Hi there.
The game saves on our servers almost every time you do something in the game. We are investigating what could go wrong but for now all we know is that your save is empty like someone deleted your hamster house.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and I assure you we will try to do our best to resolve the issue.

If I may ask:
Does it still happen when you start a new house and play a bit?
