Managing Your Pawnshop Empire!
So thank you to everyone on here for educating me quite a bit on this game.. I'm curious how you manage your pawn shops. I have a maxed out s hop in Blueberry that I chose to specialize in Fashion, Equipment, and Military. I guess I did the Equipment/Military since the specialist for those things is there in Blueberry and Fashion because you seem to get a ton of it, but now that I have Level 4 tools I'm curious if there are any pearls of wisdom with you multiple pawnshop owners as to how you distribute merchandise. Having recently realized I was totally building myself up in Blueberry and ignoring Black Elk E & W, I have begun the arduous task of building up in BE-W. I also saw the BIG truck over at the vehicle shop which made my eyes go wide. So I've downshifted to just giving my Blueberry store the items that they specialize in and selling everything else at the pawnshop in BE-W until I get high enough level there to buy the shop. How do you have your empire set up?

I'd say, at the current state of the game, it's impossible to really use three shops. You just can't buy and evaluate enough items in a day. Specialization is imho useless therefor. I just use one of the shops and the others are just empty. I tried to manage it via driving everything to my house and then sorting there but it takes to long. But I'm not a overachiever, so maybe somebody can do it.
After the mid to late game, one Pawnshop is fine, and I use East Black Elk the most since it has the largest storage of 60 items.
I specialize in Electronics, Art, and Fashion, unless it's a Holiday, I switch to Toys or whatever is hot for that holiday.
Yeah at some point you should be able to have a central warehouse you deliver stuff to and then other trucks (or just mysteriously) transport goods to shops that specialize in them.

I use East Black Elk as my main store. It is a bigger store and has more storage. West Black Elk is my overflow store. All items regardless of specialization go to the east store first, except small items, I sort those into 2 chests, 1 for east and 1 for west. To many small things to be dumped in one spot, especially if you do some blind auctions.

East I have electronics, household, and art.
West I have sports, military and fashion
Blueberry I don't use except for the most rarest of occasions. Like when I was doing a ton of blind auctions for the achievement, way to many small things.
buy at day, evaluate and repair at night, deposit in the nearest pawnshop, I don't care about specializations, it's not worth the time spent on driving. If the small pawnshop is full, I deliver to the biggest one instead.

Yeah, I don't care about specialisations, I just go for the profit makers - Art/Electronics/Fashion at all my stores. I like we can sell old houses but I really wish we could sell the pawn shops we dont use (unless that is a thing I somehow missed in all my time playing)
