interesting.. how can this game be fully playable without multiplayer? oO
You have to bet for the storage right? so as long as i have to bet against an algorithm i can barly see this game finished, because makes no sense to me to bet for something as the only real player/person ^^
Dealer Simulator, Storage Hustle, and Barn Finders are all solo-player games, and Storage Hunter is this type of game.
Someone just wants the option to roll into an auction with 4 million and crush a new player.
Let's not make this a game of ego' or who has the larger bank account.
and yeah someone with 4 million musst still think about not loosing all the money by betting too much for unworthy stuff, so yeah thats the point of the game if you have ever looked a series about storage auctions..
that you have to look at the peoples at the auction, what they prefer and such interhuman things, which doesn't happen with algorithm npc bets and makes the game worthless as singleplayer version in my eyes ^^
This is a game, not real life, and you're always taking a risk on an auction, not all of them are winners.
You are not an expert in putting an appropriate value on all items, and even in those storage shows, they have to take the item to an expert to be evaluated.
That's why appraisers were put into a game, so you are not going to always make a profit, and Multiplayer would make it worse because you could never afford that Legendary item because someone with millions would rather waste their money than see you get it.
Also please check your spelling, and grammar before posting, it's embarrassing in my eyes.^^
the point is that 1st you need to see the items and at the end the expected prices must fit.
and 2nd you need to see and know the other peoples at the auction, to know whats the best strategy for bets..
and a lot other storage auction related stuff which you can't ignore if you want a good storage auction experience.
as i said befor, otherwhise the whole point of this game is missed and makes no sense without multiplayer and the expected mechanics to interact with the other peoples..
Guess what You are new in town, and nobody knows you, and you do not have any insight of the bidders you may be going against.
Multiplayer would be the same with randoms, or a matchmaking option.
Having a slight idea of what the items or worth or how someone may or not bid will not matter.
After you make millions there is no real risk of losing a large amount or going bankrupt.
You're going to make money, and you're going to lose money, and that's the game.
