Lockpick tool

Wish there was a lockpicking tool with upgradable levels like the other two tools,instead of having to constantly bring chests to locksmiths :(

The problem with such QoL features is that they would further limit the things you actually do in the game and the places you interact with. I would also love to have an upgrade that combines the identify and fix tool so that you only have to click each item once. Even better would be an upgrade that allows you to identify and fix all items in a chest or box or even an entire garage. I'd also love to be able to pay someone to put all the items on a truck and drive them to one of my stores. But what is left for me to do then?

i did 4x t3/4/5 auctions in one day and it took me from 8am to 2am to offload everything,and 20% of that was locked chests. Like all this limits us too much imo,especially if you want to run 3 pawn shops. :(

Would actually be nice to have "delivery service" to desired pawnshop :D

You want stuff to do remove the "star trek" scanners and make some mini games for repairing stuff sounds better to me or some kind of reno shop but interactive with the player ....Right now this is basicly a mobile phone game lol

I don't really mind going to the locksmith. Every time one of my stores has eight locked items, I take them to the locksmith on the way to the blind auction warehouse and pick up the eight unlocked items from last time. Since the blind auctions don't take up that much space, I just can leave the unlocked chests in the truck.

I got sick of always driving to the locksmith to drop off and pick up, now I just scan the chest and sell it locked. Once you are in Black Elk, it is a real pain. Locksmith is all the way north, auctions are all south except for the blind auctions, which I rarely do. I still have 4 chests at the locksmith I have not picked up from 2 months ago. I would rather use that time for another auction. I too would love a lockpick.

I used to toss mine in my house storage to build up to at least 8 before taking them in, but found I got lazy and just filled the thing. Then I had to spend a entire day just dropping off and picking up chests to clean it up. That's when I just said to heck with it.

It would just make sense to have a lock picking tool like scanner and repair tool. Until u upgrade it like the rest u use locksmith/experts,but after lvl 3 upgrade u become self-sufficient like with other stuff. It would just make a lot more sense.

I think implementing a lockpick tool makes sense and the longevity in the game has to come from somewhere else. Maybe the collectors will make the services not so obsolete or they can have another function to them which makes the player continuously use them, like events. Military Expo, Fashion Show, Art Gallery, and stuff like that. Single or bundle item auctions at those specialized places that sell the assigned specialized items that you can decorate your house and really impress. Maybe some pieces you cannot find in storage container. Either way, the amount of hours you get for the price point is still a good deal.

it would be great if we had a lock pick skill,i already maxed everything else lol also a shame that the guy we have working in the pawnshop cant learn all the special traits as that would work out so great for business
