Drivers Update

To ensure your game is running smoothly, please make sure your drivers are up to date:

AMD Drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
Nvidia GeForce: https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/geforce-experience/

For Nvidia you also have to make sure you have the Game Ready Drivers.

Performance Drops:

If you're experiencing performance drops after the latest update, here are a few steps to help you improve game performance:

• Try changing a graphics setting and then revert to your original settings. This can sometimes reset and stabilize performance.
  
• Verify game files on Steam: Ensure your game files are correct and complete. You can do this via Steam’s game properties.
  
• Enable DLSS or FSR: These features can help optimize frame rates. Check your graphics settings to turn these on.
  
• Limit FPS: Set a frame limit of 30 or 60, depending on your processor's capabilities. This can prevent your system from being overwhelmed.
  
• If you have a computer within the minimum requirements or below (or despite the steps above) you continue to have performance drops try the new option to run Play DirectX 11.

I tried all that above and has nothing worked. My fps and performance was practically perfect before that tool fix patch, but now it is horrible.
Hopefully the next patch fixes it back to how it was before that last patch.
My specs… 12700k, 7900xtx, 32gb ddr5, 4tb sata ssd, 512gb m.2 ssd.

both my gaming desktop and laptop cant run this game (desktop is i8 processor) laptop it just says fatal error on low. I can play a lot of games on my laptop and it is following the standard requirements

Steam doesn't show you owning the game, no mouse icon. If you're playing the demo, it's outdated.

@Dev's, Donno if there Is Plans in the pipeline for this Or if this has come up b4, but here Goes. The car/truck Can we please drive It First Person as I fine it so annoying that it self rights all the pigging time, Please please bring it to the game ..... over all great Game tho

Having some major fps drop and hitching/stuttering mostly inside and near the East Pawn Shop after hotfix #6.

*edit: From some testing of graphic advanced settings it seems to be the shadow quality setting if on epic it causes the issue, but when it’s on high it seems okay besides from alittle bit of fps drop.

latest hotfox graphic memory drops across map that i did not have before todays hotfix. I lowered from Epic to High for now and getting less FPS drops. Epic not so fun :(

Since last update i cant play. it is laggy and the graphic needs to long to load.
So I cant play anymore and must wait, hopefully, for next hotfix.

I refund the Game because i can not start it,it say FATAL ERROR ! , my laptop is more than powerfull , i update the nvidia drivers tho the last version,win 11 is also updated,but nothing helps!!! I will not buy the game if the problem is not fixed !!! Sorry i wanted to play it but in this current state it not possible!!!

having the same issue with the fatal error and my pc is more than able to handle this game have not had any issues with other games

have had no issues playing this game until this evening, i open it up and boom fatal error prompt and game immediately closes out. any idea on what to do to fix this?

Have you tried verifying the game files through Steam?

The last few updates really butchered my performance. It used to run fine in the first few weeks, but now it stutters like crazy.
I cannot be my specs with a 3090, 32GB ram, Ryzen 9 3900x

Not sure what happened today but was fine last night on my gaming system. Now I get random stuttering and Fatal Error regarding allocated memory too small. I lower the settings from Epic to High and works for an hour or so. Crashes again. I restart my PC and try again. After about an hour, crashes and freezes my system to the point I had to hold the power button in to shut it down. Any clues? I'm at midgame with about 26,000 in the bank. It was just getting real good.
