I see that 0.4 players have obtained it. This should be obtained by purchasing a store for the first time, right? Or can it be obtained by purchasing all stores in the game?

I think Finally, on its own is bugged and doesn`t unlock.
For Master Salesman you probably need legendary item that is repaired to perfect condition.

This one isn't hard. Once you have the highest repair tool and you find an expensive legendary item, repair it to max. If your pawnshop is specialized in that item category, you can easily sell it for over $2500. You do not have to sell it manually, your employee can sell it and it will still count.

I got the achievement earlier. Sold the bull machine for 26xx.

I have the 3 stores and have yet to get the owning 1 store achievement tho.

Second, you'd be only selling uniques and legendaries to get that kind of value in one day. Maybe a few people can do it. Players would literally take the route of stock piling legendaries until they have 100K worth and do a pawnshop dump in the morning.

The daily income doesn't factor in the shop sales until you withdraw the money from the laptop. So you can basically bank up multiple days of sales at one shop, then pull it out all at once.

I think an achievement of 100k daily profit (not based on when you pick up your stack at the computer but rather numbers from the stores themselves) is attainable.

This or a 1m/weekly profit or something.

I don't think it is, naturally anyway. The only way this would happen is a player would have to hoard unique and legendary items and do a massive drop in all their pawnshops throughout the very early morning hours when the shops are closed. That way nothing sells until you're ready, and gives items time to become ready. At 9am your shops are then stocked with only high value items. You would need over 30, probably about 35 max value legendary items. Not any old legendary, max value ones, and have your shops specialized for max value. Or would need a lot more items if they're not max.

Otherwise, it's highly unlikely your 3 shops would make 100K without you only loading them with high value items. In a typical day you don't have enough time to do enough auctions to make that kind of money. Hoarding would be the only option. Unless I'm missing something?

I can keep the 2 upper pawn stores running non-stop and empty the cash daily. Its not a few days worth of stuff.

Focus on unique and legendaries from all available auctions (100% of them - besides the blind ones) and you'll get these numbers.

You can do 100% of auctions daily so yes, you are missing something.

My daily profit is 50k at least in the 2 upper stores. Its been that way for several days now.

If you do a good job of feeding them uniques and legends non stop, you'll see these numbers.

As for the upgrades in the stores, they are cheap and worth getting. The warehouse one isnt very needed tho.

So if I'm understanding you correctly, the two pawnshops in Black Elk combined gives you $50K? You only have three pawnshops, so reaching $100K actual sales in a single day doesn't seem possible. Doing $50K in a single day though is quite the feat.

Yes I'm missing doing all the auctions. I don't have the renown to have tier 5 available in all districts. Second, it takes time to travel to all the auction locations at different times, and filtering through to find the purples and golds, verifying and repairing takes a bit of time, as well as loading up the items and transporting. I'm just not quick enough. Third, I believe currently the pawnshops don't sell items when you're away from the district. I haven't fully tested that, but it feels that way since when I go collect money it's usually lower than I expect and not all items are sold. Maybe I need to look into that more.
