I am leaning towards upgrading the repair tool first, because it seems to make the most sense. I don’t mind going over to the other area to get things I saved in my shed verified especially if I need more money, because that is an aspect of the game the I kinda like.

I don`t even have pawnshop yet, tried it for few days and then reloaded previous save. Just too much hassle in the beginning, It needs item markup % button for clerk for auto-stocking the shelves, currently he just puts things up at market value.
Also item pricing button should be just 10%, 20% and 40% markup buttons instead of manual slider.
Unless I read the devs posts differently.
