But we have some other news for you - Storage Hunter Simulator is playable on Steam Deck!

For the best experience, we recommend using mid-to-high settings.

Also please toggle FSR to either Performance or Ultra Performance mode for a smooth experience.

Important: Don’t forget to pick the "Play Settings for Steam Deck" startup option to ensure everything runs smoothly!

It wasn´t playable at the release day.. so i refund the game. Now if I will buy the game, you say it will be playable and don´t need some windows c++? Good news.

I’ve been playing this game on the steam deck and ran well with the suggested settings. Now after the latest update it’s unplayable, janky and stuffers with drops below 15FPS.

Runs alright at around 20-30 fps. I have most of the settings on medium with draw distance on low, aa on low. Playing fsr on balence. Another Unreal Engine, Ranch Sim, ran about the same. It's not hard crashing now.

Have you not had it freeze your game yet? How is that possible?
It has frozen the game and locked my Deck up every single time I have played it. I have it set to medium and the same FSR as you.

have setting set as recommended. I’ve set everything on low and it’s a bit better but still get big drops, stutter and janky. The update has made it worse.

Cloud save would be good so i can play my save on pc

I've recently bought this game expecting there to be bugs on steam deck, I've set it to open using steam deck option, toggled FSR to Ultra Performance and I had it crash my steam deck where I had to force turn it off as I couldn't do anything else. Once it crashed on me when I got into the starter car and opened map, driving into the first pawn shop garage door. I thought I caused that one 😅. But the second time it happened, I was driving around West Elm picking items from the specialist shops and it started going laggy, then it affected the actual sound before it crashed.

Please fix game crashes on steam deck in normal mode and desktop, while driving from one map to another. It is very common even with the lowest settings and running according to the instructions for the steam deck. Which must then be completely restarted. Thank you in advance for your time and work.

yeah, same experiences... still crashing and not playable.

Personally for me it works perfectly on my steam deck with the recommended settings stated above and also changed the high settings down to medium and have zero issues
