re-install game and download patch again but It's can't be help.

same problem and when install update patch my file game.exe will disappear can't run game.
my system language is japanese.

- update
I change system to English can be read now but It's say software not found.

- last update
I can update patch now before start game try to close you anti virus program and change system to English.

Please try changing your system language to English. You can change at 設定→時刻と言語→言語→管理用の言語の設定→システムロケールの変更
And also please turn off your antivirus software because some of them may block the patch.

You must tsart the game and end it.

Zen-chan is correct. It seems that you have to run the game (at least) once for the patch to find the installed game.
