how to get fano and tortes original costumes after i get them as additional helpers/fighters

Your question is rather unclear. With original costumes do you mean Tortes knight attire and Fanos shrine maiden outfit? So they can wear them in battle? if i recall that correctly there are sidequests where you can get those. I think they were: "Infiltrate the Pirates" and "Assistance at Village Festival" under "Post Game Quests (Spoiler)" in the following (hereby recommended) guide.

If you mean so the appearance changes in world view, like walking around the city, i am not convinced that this is possible at all (at least I have not found a way to do this, their appearance seems to be bound to their class). Hope this helps a bit.

sorry for the confusion english is my third language, but yes it was torte's knight attire and fanos's shrine maiden outfit thank you for the help

You're welcome and your English is perfectly fine (especially since I am not a native speaker myself). With "unclear" I meant only the scope of your question, wether you mean where to find the outfits or if it is possible to change the look of the side characters.
