Lag when walking or moving my mouse

Whenever I walk around, Sam tends to stutter every couple of seconds or so. Similarly, when moving my mouse, the cursor tends move as if something is holding it back before moving semi-normally after a second. Is there any way to fix this? Changing graphics settings does not seem to work and my laptop should be high end enough to run this game.

We haven't been able to reproduce this on our end, but have heard another report of it happening on an older machine. We can check out your specs if you want to shoot them to us at [e-mail] to see if we can spot anything (updating graphics drivers could possibly help!) Right now the workaround we've heard resolves this is lowering graphics settings all the way down (we know that's not ideal, sorry.)

Mouse delay

So my stinky pc can't run the game at a high res or the mouse will have a delay when moving it

We've heard reports of this issue on some older/below spec machines - lowering graphics quality is usually the best option to reduce the delay. We've heard some reports that updating graphics drivers have helped a bit, might be worth a shot. Sorry about that!

The few players who reported the same issue said they were able to minimize the delay by playing on the lowest graphics setting and updating their graphic drivers. Heavy Spec Graphic Requirement results is painfully jaggy game? anyone have this issue or just me?

Running it on 2020 Surface Laptop with 8GB Ram and i5 processor. (resolution 2256x1504) I don't expect point & click games is running heavy resources. Even at low Graph, low details no anti aliasing and no V-sync it's very jaggy and far from smooth? Does this game require that much horsepower and separated graphic cards?

FYI i have no issues running other point & click adventures (classics such as sierra's or lucasfilm) or newer ones such as deponia or 2022 Return to monkey island

I think it is specifically the engine used has an issue with intel integrated graphics. There is a note on most games using the telltale engine stating they don't support those cards.

Integrated graphics aren't supported for the remasters, unfortunately. So sorry!

Stil laggy mouse

my pc now has 8 gb of ram and still the mouse has some delay i have all of my settings to the lowest including resoulution and im not using fulscreen what is wrong with my pc to still be making the mouse so laggy

Sorry about that! To confirm, does your PC meet the rest of the requirements? In the past, this issue is typically due to below-spec graphics cards or graphics drivers being out of date.

I reduced polling rate of my mouse to 500 and I stopped encountering freezes.
